Nestling on the fringes of Bodmin Moor in lovely peaceful countryside, Wenford Hall is a detached, spacious holiday property set in 0.75 acres of grounds. The Hall is adjacent to the owner’s home and boasts sole use of an outdoor heated swimming pool, cinema room with 11ft wide screen and leather sofas, and a games room with a full size snooker table. Guests are just a short walk/cycle from the Camel Trail which is a disused railway line running through the countryside to Bodmin or Wadebridge and Padstow beyond. The surfing beaches of Polzeath and Rock are all within easy reach as is the historic harbour of Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed. A little further up the coast is Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur and Boscastle with its pretty harbour and selection of shops. Down the coast you will find Padstow, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, including Rick Stein’s fish restaurant. Also close-by is the Eden Project along with many places on the south coast including Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles.
