Set within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, high on the Roseland Landscape, these two converted barns afford spacious ground floor holiday accommodation, with commanding views across the countryside. Situated just 6 miles from St Mawes, they are 1 mile from a golden sandy beach and a short drive from many other beautiful beaches. Although completely self-contained, they may be booked together. This idyllic part of South Cornwall has much to offer visitors, including a picturesque coastal walk leading to St Anthony Head, with its superb views of Falmouth and the Black Rock. St Mawes itself abounds with restaurants, pubs and shops, and its clover-leaf shaped castle, built by Henry VIII, is well worth a visit. In summer there are boat trips up the river, passing through beautiful wooded creeks. Shops 6 miles, pub, the famous Roseland Inn, ½ mile.

Step to entrance. Living/dining room with high, pitched beamed ceiling and multi-fuel stove set in large inglenook fireplace. Open-plan kitchen with fully fitted units and exposed ceiling. Double bedroom. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet. Rugs on slate floors throughout. First floor: Galleried twin bedroom with pitched ceiling and exposed beams.

Note: The Long Barn (GW2) and The Granary (GW3) can be booked together to sleep up to 6 people
