This single-storey holiday property, adjoining the owners’ home, is set in a quiet location and is perfect for exploring beautiful creeks, small beaches, woodland walks, the Fal River and the surrounding coastline. The cathedral city of Truro is just 5 miles, with a theatre, cinema, shops and restaurants, whilst the busy port and town of Falmouth is equal distance, with marina’s, ferry trips, water taxis and a sea safari to watch dolphins, basking sharks, seals and other wildlife. Falmouth is also home to the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle, which overlooks the Fal Estuary. Nearby Loe Beach offers a sheltered beach and is popular with watersports enthusiasts. The RYA Training Centre offers courses in sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. Stroll through the grounds of Trelissick House and Gardens down to the water’s edge and explore over 300 acres of woodland, countryside and coastal walks, with an art gallery, cafe and gift shop on site. The King Harry Ferry, which runs every 20 minutes, is a magical crossing of the River Fal and connects Feock to the Roseland Peninsula and St Mawes. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
