With one of the most enviable locations and views in Cornwall, this stunning holiday home cannot fail to provide the perfect holiday location in which to enjoy this dramatic and beautiful county. Serenity is a southerly-facing ‘frontline’ coastal property and enjoys uninterrupted and panoramic sea views. The expansive, well-stocked and lovingly tended garden leads straight onto the Cornwall Coastal Path and then on to the beach - a wonderful arc of golden sand that is exclusive to the residents and visitors of the estate this house is on. The area is abundant with attractions both natural and man made. The historic town of Charlestown with its resident tall ships, cafés, bars, pubs, shipwreck museum, antique, craft and gift shops is a short stroll from the house. It is often used as a film set and is a must-see. The beaches of Porthpean, with a watersports centre, are a lovely alternative to the private beach where kayaking, surfing and snorkeling can be enjoyed. Also close by in the town of Fowey visitors can sail, take sea fishing trips, river trips and go diving as well as enjoy the galleries which promote local artists and craftspeople. Fowey also has many fine restaurants.
Serenity has three golf courses within 3 miles, one being within walking distance. An off-road cycle trail that links the renowned Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan is also close by in the village of Pentewan, which is just a short drive away and has cycle hire to enjoy the scenic routes without the car. This area of Cornwall is also home to many National Trust houses and gardens, which are full of sub-tropical plants and trees common to the area due to the mild climate. The towns of Padstow, St Ives, Newquay and the county capital Truro are also nearby and easily reached. Shops ½ mile, pubs ¼ mile.

Wet room with toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed and sea views. Bunk bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
