This holiday property is just a short walk from the beach, perfectly positioned in the heart of Cromer with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. Tucked away on a quiet one-way road, this Georgian holiday property, one of a row, set over three floors, is furnished and equipped to offer contemporary comforts. It also boasts many original features, including large windows, wooden floors and original fireplaces. Outside, is a high, walled, enclosed courtyard seating garden, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Cromer has a beach, promenade gardens, pier with theatre featuring visiting performers (seasonal opening), working RNLI lifeboat museum, cliff-top 18-hole golf course, Amazonia Zoo and a train station. The town also hosts carnival week, held the third week of August. The neighbouring seaside resort of Sheringham, 5 miles, is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash tropical pool, golf course, shops, cafes, and restaurants. National Trust properties of Felbrigg, Blickling Halls and Sheringham Park are all nearby. There are RSPB bird and nature reserves located along the Coast Road. Visit Blakeney Quay, 13 miles away, Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham Hall and beach, 23 miles, Georgian market town of Holt, 10 miles, and Wroxham, capital of the Norfolk Broads, 20 miles, for daily boat hire, river trips, riverside restaurants and shops.
