Situated only 300 yards to the beach, these properties (refs: 27424 and 28195)make an ideal place for a family holiday or friends to get together. Both the properties have been furnished to a very good standard and have a shared walled courtyard. The Coach House has a woodburner, which makes an ideal property out of season. Both properties can be booked together to accomodate up to 12 people. Dawlish Warren has a sand dune beach and nature reserve, a must see for birdwatchers. Teignmouth’s pier is well worth a visit. Nearby is Paignton, with its zoo and steam railway. There are many NT properties close by. Exeter with its cathedral is a mere 30 miles, Crealy close to Exeter is a great day out for all the family. The sandy beaches at Dawlish and Teignmouth are a delight. Within a stone’s throw away is the drama of Dartmoor, a great wilderness of extremes, which is barren in some areas and lush in others, aswell as being famous for its rocky tors, wild ponies and quaint villages. Golf can be found locally with courses at Teignmouth (2½ miles), Dawlish Warren (3½ miles) and Woodbury Common (12 miles). Sea and coarse fishing is available by arrangement. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
