Just over half a mile away is the beautiful and unspoilt sandy beach of Cei Bach, dogs are welcome all year round, and the picturesque coastal town of New Quay, once the home to Dylan Thomas. This link-detached cottage boasts a pretty enclosed rear garden with a covered terrace to enjoy al fresco dining or a BBQ and for chillier evenings there’s a cosy open fire in the living room. From New Quay walk along the All Wales Coastal Path or just stroll around the quaint shops, find plenty of cafés and eateries or sit on the stone harbour wall with your fish and chips, whilst admiring the stunning views across the blue waters of Cardigan Bay and looking out for the bottlenose dolphins, the frequent visitors to this area. Dolphin, wildlife-watching and fishing boat trips are also available in season. The area has a myriad of things to offer all year round, including sandy beaches, such as Tresaith, Penbryn, Mwnt and Langrannog - to name a few. Discover charming towns within easy reach including Aberaeron, with its Georgian harbour and coloured houses, Cardigan with its castle and Aberystwyth, from where you can take the steam railway into the mountains to Devils Bridge. Just a few miles inland there are the falls at Cenarth where you can watch the trout and salmon swim in the crystal clear waters or visit the Coracle Museum. Beach under 1 mile.
