This spacious, stylish, detached holiday property is located in an elevated position with stunning, rural views across the valley towards St Just. It is a short distance from the scenic coastal paths, numerous coves and beaches. This small hamlet, located just outside St Just, is ideal for exploring the many delights of West Cornwall. Within easy reach are numerous beautiful beaches and coves, including, Sennen, Cape Cornwall, Lamorna Cove and the legendary Lands’ End. Visit the quaint village of Mousehole, with its picturesque harbour, winding streets, curiosity shops, art galleries, pub and restaurant, or the fishing harbour at Newlyn, which is famous for its art school and gallery. A trip over to St Michaels Mount is a must – on foot at low tide via the causeway or by small boat at high tide. Take a scenic drive from nearby Pendeen to St Ives, over heather clad moorland past Zennor with its historic church and famous mermaid tales, dropping down in to St Ives bay with magnificent scenery and views along the north coast to Gwithian and Godrevy lighthouse. St Ives offers a range of al fresco dining with many cafés and restaurants dotted along the water front. Go on boat rides, fishing, marine wildlife trips to see dolphins and basking sharks, or simply relax on one of many white sandy beaches. St Ives is home to the Tate Modern gallery and Barbra Hepworth Museum. Take the scenic coastal train from St Erth in to St Ives, passing many of the beaches and the wildlife marshes around the Hayle Estuary. The area has designated World Heritage status and its mining history is visible, with magnificent engine houses dotted around the landscape, including the famous Crown Mines, perched on the cliff face. Nearby, Geevor tin mine remains open to the public with a museum, shop and café.
