This Grade ll listed detached barn conversion, set in beautiful countryside, is less than 3 miles from some of the county’s best beaches. Tourist attractions include Crealy Adventure Park, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Dairyland, Newquay Zoo, Trerice House and Gardens (NT), 8 beautiful beaches of Newquay and the dunes at Holywell Bay and Perranporth.
