The award-winning accommodation of Lower Trevorder Barns comprises the delightful Mill House ref TT3 and Lower Trevorder Barn ref TT2 with its superior level of comfort, size and style, set right in the heart of Cornwall, and converted to an exceptional standard. Originally built in the 1790s as a corn mill and hay loft, it is now an exquisite holiday retreat boasting a games room with pub-style pool table and full size table football. Oozing contemporary flair, this boutique home offers complete tranquillity. Nestled between the moorland villages of St Neot, Mount and the beautiful wooded valley of Cardinham, it is within a short driving distance of many of Cornwall’s fabulous attractions. Visit the Eden Project, Lanhydrock House (NT) and Golf Course, the harbour villages of Padstow, Looe and Fowey, or surf the North Cornwall Coastal beaches. The area is popular with cyclists who will enjoy the Bodmin Beast Trial, a 12-mile off-road mountain bike trail at Cardinham woods. There is something for everyone: children and adults, not forgetting a great selection of local pubs and fine dining restaurants. Remarkable attention has been taken at every corner to ensure that all the character and charm of the original features have been retained, including exposed beams and stone walls. Designed with sustainable tourism in mind, it is the overall winner of the Environment 2020 Bosch Worcester Awards for the innovative use of solar panels and ground source heat pumps. Sit with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the landscaped garden with large decked patios, al fresco dining, croquet and bowls on the lawn. Whether guests choose to snuggle up on one of the large sofas by the log fire or enjoy a BBQ overlooking the moors, they are in for a real treat. Afterwards, they can slip into the large, double-ended bath and indulge themselves with complimentary L’Occitaine body and hair products and wrap up in one of the bath robes! Local shops and country pub are just 2 miles.

Has an inviting feel and features a Victorian spiral staircase. Cosy living room. Farmhouse kitchen with electric range cooker, wood-burning stove and marble floor leading to courtyard. Two twin bedrooms with zip & link beds and access to main bathroom and toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms with shared marble shower room and toilet; one with 6ft bed and one with 5ft bed.
