The Barn is a very spacious detached stone barn conversion, set within a 1-acre garden, abounding with nature and surrounded by 7 acres of private pasture land, which leads down to the River Lyner. East Berriow is a quiet and tranquil, unknown hamlet by Bodmin Moor, yet it is just 10 minutes’ drive from the A30, making the whole of Cornwall and west Devon easy to explore. This is a superb holiday home for a family with children or a gathering of friends throughout the year. The interior is light and bright, with open-plan living space, high, exposed oak trussed beams and views of rolling countryside from every window. The large wood-burning stove in the living room and the underfloor heating makes it especially cosy, ideal for autumn and winter breaks, and spring time in Cornwall is especially pretty. Shop 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

Three bedrooms: one double and two twin. Bathroom with over-bath shower, bidet and toilet. Separate toilet. Open-treads and railings to large spiral stair and galleried first floor: Spacious beamed living room with wood-burning stove, wooden floor, French doors to garden and modern fitted kitchen/dining area.
