With commanding views over one of Cornwall’s most beautiful harbours and bays, this extremely well-appointed detached house, which is set in its own gardens, provides everything one could want for that special Cornish holiday. The house sits in an elevated position overlooking the village, harbours and out to sea with unrivalled views along the coast - these can be enjoyed from a large balcony while sitting down to an al fresco dinner and watching the sun set as the fishing boats return. There is also a hot tub for guests’ use, which is located under a pergola.
Mevagissey has narrow lanes full of craft, gift and local shops along with a selection of galleries for that memorable picture in this quaint seafaring village. Visit one of the countries most beautiful gardens, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, which can be reached either on foot or by bike from the house along an off road trail. A little further afield leads to many beautiful beaches on the Roseland Peninsula, all of them providing the quintessential ingredients for that traditional family holiday. The world renowned Eden Project, with its wonderful tropical biomes and unusual plants and flowers is a must for every visitor in Cornwall. The Eden Project also has many events throughout the summer all worth seeing. The hamlet of Pentewan, just minutes from Mevagissey, has a large sandy beach and off-road cycle trail, bike hire, kayak hire and dive centre. Many walks can be taken around this part of the county; from coastal rambles and disused heritage trails that cross the county, to inland wooded walks or something a little more strenuous for the more active. Horse riding, surfing, cycling and NT houses and gardens are plentiful in this area. Shop and pub 500 yards.

Four double bedrooms, each with 6ft (zip and link) bed; three with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with dressing area, one leading to nursery room with cot. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Large, spiral staircase to first floor: Spacious, open plan living/dining room/well-equipped kitchen with large French doors to balcony and wooden floors. Separate toilet. Utility.
