Set close to the Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these well-presented, single-storey barn conversions (refs: 30953, 30954 and 30955) at Old Brick Kilns Barney offer a great holiday place from which to base yourself, whether you plan to relax and get away from it all or explore all that the local area has to offer. With the ability to enjoy as a single unit or to interconnect all three barns together, it is perfect if you are travelling as a large group too. On-site at Old Brick Kilns Barney there are many facilities available at your convenience including a shop, pub and restaurant (seasonal), fishing, a play area, large chess sets and a variety of games, as well as a games room with a pool table. At just over 8 miles from the seaside village of Blakeney where wide open spaces and uninterrupted views of the natural and dynamic coastline make for an inspiring visit. Great for paddling and enjoying the local pastime of crabbing, Blakeney Point, which is found within Blakeney National Nature Reserve, is a 4 mile long sand and shingle spit where sand dunes have formed over hundreds of years on the shingle ridge. These form a rare habitat valuable for unusual plants, insects, birds and seals and boat trips are available to go out and see the seals at close quarter. This part of the coast houses many RSPB sites and is a must for bird watching enthusiasts, walkers and cyclist alike. But, for those seeking something faster paced, head to Hunstanton for a wide sandy beach that really does seem to go on forever and enjoy traditional seaside attractions and all the fun of the fair. Wells-next-the-Sea with its narrow gauge railway, picturesque quay and quaint mix of artisan cafés and shops is also worth a visit, as is Holt, a favourite with locals, browse the boutique shops and just generally potter. The Thursford Collection, home to The Thursford Christmas Spectacular is also close by, as are the coastal market towns of Sheringham and Cromer, the former with its shingle beach and North Norfolk Steam Railway and the latter with its famous promenade and pier with the End of Pier Show. The Norfolk Broads are also within each reach and here you can hire a day launch or join a guided boat trip and enjoy the wildlife as the world floats by. If you can find the time the medieval city of Norwich with its Norman castle houses lots of attractions including museums, shopping and great places to eat and drink. After enjoying a full day out you’ll be pleased that you have decided to stay at Brick Kilns Barney, where you can put your feet up, relax and plan your next day out! Beach 8 miles. All three properties (refs: 30953, 30954 & 30955) can be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests. Shop 100 yards, off-site pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

All on ground floor: Living room with dining area and sloping ceilings. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with sloping ceilings. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
