Located on a peaceful residential road, this spacious, detached, single-storey holiday property offers a comfortable retreat for families or couples, and is only 5 minutes drive to the beach, scenic walks and local golf course. Offering plenty of light due to the full length windows and patio doors in the spacious living/dining room, which leads to a large walled enclosed garden - a great spot for enjoying a BBQ or an aperitif during the warmer months! Seaford is a lively seaside resort within the South Downs National Park, and the pebble beach is flanked by super clifftop walks, with far reaching views. There is also golf in the area. A short drive from the popular coastal resort of Eastbourne to the east, with international tennis and Victorian promenade, various seaside attractions, restaurants and cafes. Brighton is to the west with the marina and the cosmopolitan city centre, with numerous bars, live music, eateries, theatres, art galleries, and antique shops. Enjoy shopping along The Lanes, saunter along the pier, or visit the opulant Royal Pavilion. Newhaven with its fort and ferries to Dieppe is also an easy drive, why not take a ferry over to the French markets for the day. Also nearby are historic Lewes, with the castle and Anne of Cleves House, Bluebell steam railway, Filching Motor Museum, Severn Sisters Country Park, Drusillas Zoo, Beachy Head and Glyndbourne (opera in the grounds during the summer).
