Standing detached and renovated to a very good standard, this quaint Grade II listed 18th-century former inn is the quintessential Welsh country cottage. Deceptively spacious and bursting with original features, it incorporates contemporary facilities whilst maintaining its character. The area itself has lots to offer, including fantastic walks around the Cambrian Mountains, where guests will find the Cors Caron Nature Reserve, flourishing with wildlife and the historic ruins of Strata Florida Abbey, one of Wales’ most important historical sites. The nearby charming market town of Tregaron is rich in Welsh culture and offers all local amenities, including a village shop, local butchers and a traditional Welsh pub serving fine ale and home-cooked food. Away from the countryside, the coast is just as promising, and the coastal resorts of Aberaeron and Aberystwyth offer sandy beaches where bottlenose dolphins and seals can be spotted on a clear day. Shops and pub 3 miles.

Large beamed living room with wood-burning stove. Beamed, well-equipped, farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with tiled floor. Utility. Wet room/toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with TV and additional single bed (for +1 child). Single bedroom (low bed frame) with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower attachment and toilet.
