The well-appointed, detached, four-bedroomed house (which retains many period features) is well located for visiting Snowdonia, the coast or the city of Chester. Food and drink are available within walking distance at the famous Grouse Inn or in nearby Llangollen which offers top restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops. Llangollen is the home of the Llangollen Eisteddfod music festival and is also host to a series of other festivals throughout the year, including hot air balloon, food, garden, motorcycle and regular antique fairs and heritage railway events. There are a large range of outdoor activities in the valley including white water rafting, canoeing and walking. Shops 2 miles, restaurant 7 miles, pub 250 yards.
