A charming holiday cottage, restored from an old Victorian bakery, nestled in a private courtyard with parking away from the main road and close to the town centre. A short walk to Brixham Quay, where boat trips can be taken, or fishing from the breakwater. Fishing trips can be booked on the quay, as can the ferry to Torquay. Take a boat trip and visit the theatre, or take a trip into Living Coasts and visit the penguins who wander freely. Brixham forms the third part of ’Torbay’ - the other parts being Torquay and Paignton. The bay is known as the ’English Riviera’ because of its unique micro-climate. Brixham an old fishing port, has numerous seafood restaurants.
South Devon’s two cities are Exeter and Plymouth - both are within easy driving distance, (approximately 30 miles) and offer their own tourist attractions. Dartmoor is breathtakingly beautiful - at once romantic, mysterious, wild, eerie. You can visit the tourist spots or, if you are an enthusiastic walker and navigator, you can get away from the tourists and explore the depths of Dartmoor. You will see wild Dartmoor Ponies, cross ancient stone bridges spanning the clear bubbling waters of the river Dart, and feel the somewhat eerie presence of the ’Tors’ - 7 rocky hills which preside majestically over the moors. Broadsands beach, fishing and golf nearby. Shop 100 yards, pub and restuarant 500 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with double sofa bed. Kitchen with tiled floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 single with additional trundle bed. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Gas CH, gas, Electricity and bed linen included. Towel hire. Travel Cot. Highchair. Freeview TV. DVD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing Machine. Dishwasher. Fridge Freezer. Small courtyard with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (1 car). Pets free of charge. No smoking.
