Mullacott Park is situated close to the stunning and dramatic North Devon coastline. This well maintained holiday park has a wide selection of lodges to choose from, offering a comfortable place to stay during your visit to the area. The holiday lodges are well equipped and furnished and offer views across the surrounding countryside to the views beyond. There is a helpful reception area to greet you on arrival, a well stocked shop and a café to enjoy a drink and a slice of cake. The lodges are located between the two popular coastal resorts of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. There are numerous attractions within easy reach of the park including the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the Lynton to Lynmouth Funicular Railway. At Croyde and Woolacombe you will find some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country as well as many smaller coves and bays. The backdrop to these beaches is the stunning South West Coast Path which offers some excellent walking with lovely views over the sea. Exmoor is a short distance away and on a clear day the views can be spectacular. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes and the RHS gardens at Rosemoor and Great Torrington. Barnstaple, 8 miles, additionally has a theatre, cinema and leisure activities, and places of interest including the Museum of North Devon, Pannier Market, 14th-century St Anne’s Chapel and 18th-century Queen Anne’s Walk. Braunton is the gateway to North Devon’s surfing area. There is plenty to do for all ages in the area including Clovelly, the lighthouse and quay at Hartland, the Big Sheep and Milky Way amusement parks, cycling on the Tarka Trail or crabbing at Appledore quay. Shop, pub and restaurant on site.
