This attractive detached barn conversion stands in a rural location adjacent to the owner’s home on the outskirts of the quaint, traditional market town of Alston, with its cobbled streets and historic charm situated in an AONB. The cosy living room with wood burning stove has a large, arched barn window with stunning views towards the fells. Retaining original beams and some exposed stone work the barn is an interesting mix of character and contemporary style. The location makes it a perfect place for exploring Cumbria, the Lake District and Hadrian’s Wall. There are also countryside walks, golf course, cycling routes and fishing. Shops and pubs ¾ mile.
