Located on Dartmoor National Park, an AONB, with the River Dart just across the road, these two holiday cottages have been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, making this a wonderful location for all year round holidays and short breaks. It is only 11/2 miles from the A38, the gateway to Cornwall with plenty of areas for walking. Take a drive across the moor to Tavistock taking you through lots of quaint villages. Visit the many sandy beaches of South and North Devon, the Jurassic Coast, the cathedral city of Exeter, where you will find walks along the river, or take a boat trip. The historic city of Plymouth with its Barbican and Hoe, the Aquarium is a great day out, and not much further is the Eden Centre. Homemade evening meals, cream teas and breakfasts are available at an extra cost. Shop and pub 1 mile.
