Situated in the unspoilt coastal village of Brancaster, at the end of a ‘no-through’ lane with no passing traffic, this impressive modern detached property provides a very peaceful location for a family holiday. Attractively built using traditional materials, and offering a light and spacious interior, it has its own large enclosed walled garden with patio seating area, perfect for ball games or simply relaxing and admiring the views over the nearby village church. The village shop and inn are within walking distance, with championship golf, a sailing club and the uncrowded sandy beaches of the coastline less than 1 mile distant.
This area of North Norfolk is a haven for wildlife, with excellent walking and bird-watching amid the nearby salt marshes and sand dunes a must for enthusiasts. Boat trips can be taken from Brancaster Staithe, bound for the RSPB and Nature Reserve Sanctuary of Scolt Head Island, while further along the coast at Blakeney Point trips can be taken to observe the basking seal colonies. Hunstanton is 6 miles, for a traditional day by the seaside; activities here include a cliff-top golf course, a lighthouse, the popular Sea Life Centre and fun fair, an indoor heated swimming-pool and all manner of water sports. Also well worth a visit is Wells-next-the-Sea (8 miles); this working fishing harbour is particularly famous for its fresh seafood and many of the pubs and restaurants have the catch of the day on their menus. A drive out into the countryside can take in many stately homes and gardens, including Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall and the Royal Sandringham Estate, open to the public when the Royal Family is not in residence. Shop and pub 500 yards.

Step to entrance hall. Spacious living room with wood-burning stove and French doors to garden. Large, well-equipped, farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with electric cooking range and door to garden. Utility. Separate toilet. Twin bedroom. First floor: Two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet. Two further twin bedrooms, each with sloping ceilings. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
