Situated in the much sought after Caswell Bay and within walking distance of three beaches, Caswell Bay, Langland Bay and Brandy Cove. Located just minutes from the beautiful coastal path and immediately to the rear of the property is Bishops Wood Nature Reserve. Many of the beaches are popular with surfers, and surfing/stand up paddle board lessons can be arranged at a cost, as well as wetsuit/surfboard hire, directly with the owner’s family.
The Gower is renowned for its sandy beaches, rugged coves and cliff-top walks with stunning scenery; it is Britain’s first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Mumbles is also popular and well worth visiting, with its promenade, seaside restaurants and attractions. Golf is available nearby, also riding and fishing can be found locally.
Swansea itself offers a wide variety of shopping, marina, theatres, a market, many restaurants and cafés, and a bustling nightlife. Further afield and well worth a visit is Cardiff, the vibrant capital city of Wales, with its Millennium Stadium, castle, museum and great shopping.
