Set in a very peaceful location, this detached holiday house stands just 380 yards from Toward Point Lighthouse, is 110 yards from the beach, and is just 6 miles from the historic town of Dunoon with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Blonay offers lovely interiors which are beautifully presented and tastefully furnished and there is a large lawned garden and decked area for guests to enjoy. Situated south of Dunoon, on the coastal path, the house is well located for touring and day trips to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. This fascinating area boasts spectacular scenery, historic locations, unique attractions and exciting activities for all the family to enjoy. Take a steamer cruise and explore the hills and lochs of the Cowal Peninsula. Quadbiking, fishing, kayaking and dolphin watching are all recommended. Benmore Botanical Gardens is one of Cowal’s major attractions, with 150 acres including the spectacular avenue of redwoods. There are cycle routes on the many quiet country roads or forest trails. Golfers can enjoy a round at Cowal Golf Club, designed by James Baird the legendary Scottish golfer who also created the Kings Course at Gleneagles. Loch Lomond National Park, with its magnificent scenery, peaks and waterfalls, is 1½ hours away, while the Commonwealth city of Glasgow is under an hour away by ferry.
