A real gem, nestling in one of Suffolk’s prettiest villages, just 100 yards from the delightful local inn and shop, this traditional, detached property is set in a large garden surrounded by woodland. With a large, sunny patio, it is a haven for getting away for a relaxing holiday whatever the season. The area is well known amongst walkers and bird watchers, while the quiet country lanes are ideal for cycling. Interesting small shops, galleries and museums are found in the nearby market towns of Bungay, Harleston and Diss, whilst the glorious Suffolk Heritage Coast is within an easy drive. Here visitors can explore the elegant resort of Southwold with its traditional pier and excellent restaurants. There is lovely walking to enjoy at the seaside village of Walberswick, famous for its crabbing tournament in the summer, and also at Dunwich Heath (NT). Further along the coast are Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings. The village is a treasure trove of history. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
