Located just a few steps from the sea, this lovely former fisherman’s cottage has been sympathetically and beautifully renovated to a high standard and is furnished and equipped to ensure as comfortable and relaxing holiday as possible. Tides, one of a pair, is set in the heart of Cromarty’s conservation area, with its cobbled streets, quaint shops and restaurants and lovely Georgian architecture. The village makes the perfect base for exploring this unspoilt and scenic part of the Highlands. Mountain biking, fishing, sea trips and water sports, golf and hill walking are just a few of the many activities this area has to offer. Take a trip to Inverness, the Highland Capital, Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George, all within easy reach. Take a walk up the ‘Hundred Steps’ to South Sutor; The Sutors are rocks on either side of the Cromarty Firth once thought to be the abode of two giant shoemakers. This area is steeped in history and culture and once visited, it will remain a beautiful memory. Shop 50 yards and pub 40 yards.

Open-plan living/dining room/kitchen with wood-burning stove, beams and wooden floor. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet. Second floor: Double bedroom.
