The Quaich is an immaculately presented, end-terraced holiday home in an unrivalled setting, with panoramic views over Loch Tay and the surrounding countryside. Relax with friends and family in spacious, contemporary accommodation, ideal for enjoying the area and all it has to offer. On the shores of Loch Tay, guests have access to a grassed area and shingle beach with fishing rights (in season). Loch Tay itself is the largest loch in Perthshire, offering stunning views down the length of the loch. Sailing, canoeing and boat hire are all available locally, and clay pigeon shooting and pleasure cruises are available from the Croft na Caber Centre, which is a reconstruction of an Iron Age stilt dwelling built over the water. The Tay is one of the finest angling rivers, with Kenmore hosting a traditional ceremony each January to mark the opening of the salmon season. Ample walking and climbing opportunities are available in the area; for the energetic, there are seven munros within 10 miles, including Ben Lawers (Perthshire’s highest mountain) and Shiehallion. Fearnan sits at one end of the Tummel Forest Park and provides a variety of trails for leisurely walks, mountain biking and horse riding. Fine golf courses are widely available throughout the region, with two courses at Kenmore, and Gleneagles is within driving distance. Glasgow and Edinburgh are within a 2-hour drive. Shop and pub 3 miles.

Double bedroom with 5ft bed, loch and mountain views, and en-suite shower room with toilet. Two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with zip & link beds (can be 6ft double on request). Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Stair lift to first floor: Large, open-plan living room with dining and well-equipped kitchen area. Patio doors to balcony with casual dining area offering loch and mountain views. Separate toilet.
