This penthouse apartment is spread over four floors and has a wonderful roof terrace with a conservatory and panoramic views of the sandy beach and sea beyond. Two of the bedrooms have Juliet balconies with views out over the promenade and sea. It’s a great location for a fantastic beach holiday. Pwllheli is the main town on the Llyn Peninsula and has a good range of shops, pubs, cafes and the award-winning Plas Bodegroes restaurant. Activities such as water sports are available locally. For the thrill seekers, there is an aerial rope course a short distance away at Hafan y Mor and a go-karting course at Glasfryn. Just a few minutes away from Pwllheli is the countryside of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula with its coastal footpath and lots of sandy beaches to explore. Close by is Abersoch, home to the annual Wakestock festival, whilst the pretty village of Aberdaron is well worth a visit, particularly to see the small National Trust property of Plas Yn Rhiw. In the other direction is Criccieth with its castle, and Porthmadog, home to the famous Ffestiniog Railway. Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 150 yards.
