The Old Barn Retreat (ref PJJL) is an ideal retreat for couples, and is presented throughout to a very high specification. The open-plan studio area has been thoughtfully styled and co-ordinated, and makes a comfortable holiday destination with added features such as the stable door and jet-spa shower.
The Old Barn (ref PRRC) offers extremely spacious and tastefully-styled holiday living, with much character. The beautifully-finished kitchen has bespoke fitted oak units, and a stunning travertine tiled floor with feature mosaics. The large, airy, open-plan living area has plenty of windows to maximise the light, and there are brickwork arches leading to the kitchen and dining area. All of the bedrooms have been carefully co-ordinated, and the two largest bedrooms on the first floor have feature high, vaulted ceilings and beams, both with en-suites incorporating Jacuzzi baths and shower cubicles with huge shower heads. The pretty garden is well maintained, partly laid to lawn with a sitting-out area.
There is so much to do in this lovely area. More beaches can be found within easy driving distance at Pagham, Bracklesham Bay, Bognor Regis and Worthing. Chichester offers boat trips around the coastline and harbour, while nearby Pagham Nature Reserve is a haven for observing wildlife. Discover the South Downs National Park, enjoy golf, horse riding, cycling, fishing and sailing, or visit one of the many National Trust homes and gardens nearby. Also with easy driving distance are historic Arundel Castle and naval Portsmouth with its Spinnaker Tower, day trips to the Isle of Wight, shopping outlets and maritime history. Slightly further are Goodwood, famous for motor and horse racing, Fontwell Races, the Weald and Downland open museum and the picturesque sailing village of Bosham with Saxon church and craft centre. Shop and pub 1 mile.
