It is surrounded by over 20 acres of its own fields, with breathtaking views across the moorland towards Castleton, which has a shop, bank, garage and two pubs serving food. The Heritage Coast of Yorkshire and Whitby are easily accessed, and you can take a leisurely journey through the Esk Valley. Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington can be found a little further afield. A must when visiting this area are the smugglers coves of Robin Hoods Bay, Staithes and Runswick Bay.
