Situated in a glorious secluded valley of 35 acres, bordered by woodland rising up to Radnor Forest, this modern spacious detached property offers comfortable holiday accommodation for up to 10 people. Designed and built with oak frames and glass, the building takes advantage of the spectacular views and has a generous kitchen/dining area with the living room on the first floor. A hot tub outdoors completes this lovely property.
Within five minutes’ walk of the house lies the village of New Radnor, which provides a pub, village stores and post office. The local area offers hill walking, pony trekking, cycling, canoeing and paragliding. A little further afield lies the pretty town of Hay-on-Wye, famously known for one thing - bookshops - of which there are over twenty in the small town. With its spectacular backdrop of Hay Bluff and the Black Mountains, together with its creaky little streets, riverside parties and travelling fairs (the best of which is the Hay Literary Festival when London’s literary world decamps on Hay), this makes an alternative and enjoyable day out. Easily accessible is Ludlow, perched on a hill, and which is one of England’s most picturesque towns. It comprises a cluster of beautifully preserved black-and-white, half-timbered buildings packed around a craggy stone castle, with rural Shropshire forming a dreamy backdrop. Other places of interest to visit include Presteigne and the spa town of Llanrindod Wells, which are both within a twenty-minute drive. Shops ⅓ mile.

Step to entrance. Large beamed well-equipped modern fitted kitchen/dining room with range, glazed wall, ceramic tiled/wooden floor. Utility. Double bedroom with patio doors. Two twin bedrooms. Wet room and toilet. Open-tread spiral stairs to first floor: Spacious beamed living room with wood-burning stove, rugs on wooden floor and stunning countryside views. Two bedrooms, each with sloping ceiling; one double with 5ft bed and glazed gable end, and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
