The property is accessed by a farm track through the steading, which continues down to a small pebble beach, just five minutes’ walk away. Explore the Southern Upland Way, with the John Muir Way and Pennine Way offering lowland and coastal walking. The area is a good base from which to tour the Lothians, Borders and Northumberland. Enjoy a 30-minute train journey from Dunbar, 8 miles, to the festival city of Edinburgh for a relaxed day exploring the historic sites and a great range of entertainment. Cockburnspath, 2½ miles, has local pubs and shopping. Enjoy a game of golf, 8 miles, or a visit to the sandy beach, just 1½ miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 6 miles.
