Number 38 is a semi-detached, family holiday home, less than a minutes walk from the beach in the traditional seaside resort of Bridlington. Accommodating 8 people, this is an ideal property for one or two families who wish to holiday together. Bridlington has a little of everything, from sandy beaches, promenade walks and the bustling harbour, where you can watch the trawlers bring in their catch or you can have a sail out to sea on the Yorkshire Belle pleasure boat. There’s a little land train that goes along the sea front from Bridlington to Sewerby, where you will find Sewerby Hall and Gardens. As well as visiting the house, there’s plenty for the kids with nature trails and a zoo. The famous Bridlington Spa Theatre has some fantastic shows on throughout the year. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The famous “Way of the Roses” bike ride from Morecambe finishes in Bridlington. From Lancashire to Yorkshire, coast to coast, all 170 miles of it! For those who enjoy a good walk, the Cleveland Way and the Wolds Way are just along the coast at Filey. Also along the coast you have Flamborough Head and the famous RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve, where you can observe gannets and puffins in their natural habitat. Scarborough is only a short drive, where you will find the largest open air theatre in Europe as well as the castle and lots of other places of interest. For those of you who like a bit of sport, visit the famous cricket festival. The medieval city of York is less than an hour away, where there’s plenty to do for all the family. Visit the Minster, walk the city walls or have a leisurely cruise along the river. Bridlngton is a perfect base to see what Yorkshire has to offer, from the coast to the North Yorkshire Moors and The Wolds there’s so much to see for all the family. Beach 400 yards.
