This spacious, semi-detached holiday home is located in a central town location, on the corner of two roads, and a short walk from various shops, bars and restaurants. It is only about a 10-minute walk from the cliff path, with stunning sea views, which leads down to the sandy beach and Shanklin Chine below. Shanklin is a popular seaside town which is renowned for one of the best sunshine records in the UK. The picturesque, thatched rooftop village of Olde Shanklin, with many tea rooms, restaurants, inns, cafes and gift shops, is about a 5-minute walk. It is also within easy reach of many attractions and amusements for all ages, including theme parks, a castle, historic houses, gardens, zoo and wildlife centres, adventure playgrounds, steam railway and many quaint villages. There are also many activities to participate in, such as watersports, golf, sailing, fishing, cycling and horse riding.
