Lochside is a detached, single-storey cottage, set right on the shores of a pretty Highland loch with the rugged hills of Sutherland acting as a dramatic backdrop. With spacious rooms throughout, it is an ideal property for families and groups. The stunning white sand bay of Achmelvich is just 1½ miles away. The nearby village of Lochinver is a thriving small fishing port with a natural harbour, local shops, pubs/hotels and restaurants. This is a perfect base for a fishing holiday, with a small boat provided by the owners for fishing on the adjoining loch. There are also numerous other lochs and rivers close by. Mountain biking, hill walking and climbing are all local pastimes, with the peaks of Suilven, Stac Pollaidh, Canisp, Quinag and Ben More Assynt all within easy reach. Beach 1½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
