This delightful semi-detached holiday cottage faces across the green to the tumbling Coledale Beck in the picturesque village of Braithwaite. One of its many charms is the inglenook fireplace with open fire, an ideal place for relaxing after a day in the spectacular mountain scenery of North Lakeland. The cottage is ideal for relaxing holidays throughout the year and with Borrowdale, Derwentwater and Buttermere close by, makes an excellent base for walking. Other outdoor activities include cycling, sailing on Bassenthwaite Lake and rock climbing. The bustling market town of Keswick, 2 miles away, offers individual shops, peaceful parks, cultural festivals and an excellent leisure centre. Wider attractions include historic houses, colourful gardens, a wide variety of museums, a stone circle and award winning brewery.
