This stunning pair of barn conversions are architecturally designed, with the use of traditional materials throughout, which retain and preserve many of the original features. Situated on a 150-acre farm with sheep and Welsh Black Cattle, these semi-detached holiday cottages (references 29119 and 29120) occupy an elevated position looking down across the beautiful North Wales countryside, in a wonderfully central location between the popular tourist destinations of Bala, Llangollen and Betws-y-Coed. Bala Lake, the largest natural lake in Wales, attracts visitors of all ages to the area, with its tranquil serenity and its fantastic scenery. Sailing, raft building, canoeing and fishing are available, as well as the more adventurous sports of white-water rafting, paintballing and high ropes courses. Llangollen with its horse-drawn barges, canal boat trips, motor museum, steam railway and, of course Eisteddfod, is a popular choice, and Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to Snowdonia, attracts visitors all year round to its attractive selection of shops, miniature railway and Swallow Falls. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 miles.
