Two beautiful, well-presented holiday properties, ideally located near the harbour with private parking, and within walking distance of the shops, pubs and restaurants. Each property, one of a row, has its own sitting-out area on the second floor. The seaside resort of Barmouth in north west Wales lies on the wide estuary of the River Mawddach in Cardigan Bay. The town has a typical Welsh charm with stone and slate-built houses, often 3 and 4 storeys high are set against the Welsh mountain backdrop. Stunning views can be enjoyed across the estuary, the beautiful harbour and the endless sandy beach. Located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park it is a most scenic location. Although the town has a small summer funfair and some arcades, it is generally popular for family beach holidays and those looking for a quiet holiday in a beautiful part of the world. It is ideal for walking, mountain walking, cycling, golf and bird watching. The expansive beach at Barmouth allows plenty of space for children to play ball games, dig in the sand, sunbathe or play in the shallow waters. The Italianate village of Portmeirion is a pleasant 11 mile drive along the coast, passing the well-preserved Harlech Castle along the way. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

Ground floor: Dining room/kitchen. First floor: 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Second floor: Living room.

Economy 7 CH, elec, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric Cooker. Microwave. Washing Machine. Fridge Freezer. Shared second floor patio with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking. No smoking.
