This stone-built holiday property, adjacent to the owners’ home, has been finished to a very good standard and features lots beams which add character. There is a lovely large living room (try and find the carved mouse in the wooden beam!) and an outside seating area for dining al fresco. The property is situated in the quiet village of Trefor and is only a short distance from the beach. There are plenty of walks from the door, and it makes a great base for exploring the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, with its many winding lanes, rocky coves and sandy beaches. Porthdinllaen, home of the famous Ty Coch Inn right on the beach, is a great place to visit, as is the lovely National Trust property of Plas Yn Rhiw, the home of the Keating sisters. The market town of Pwllheli is within easy reach, whilst in the other direction is Caernarfon, with its mighty Edward I castle where the Prince Charles was invested as Prince of Wales. It is also home to the Welsh Highland Railway, with steam trains to pretty Beddgelert and coastal Porthmadog. The bustling town of Porthmadog has a selection of individual shops and restaurants, or visit the Maritime Museum. The unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is also worth a visit. For family fun, visit Greenwood Forest Park or Glasfryn Activity Parc, which has go karting, wakeboarding, quad biking, bowling and a play area. For the more active, there are many activities available in the local area, including golf, sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, rock climbing, horse riding, canoeing and fishing. Beach ¼ mile. Shop and pub ½ mile.

Beamed living room with wood-burning stove and wooden floor. Beamed kitchen with gas/electric range (for cooking), breakfast area and tiled floor. Separate toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed (for +1). Twin bedroom. Single bedroom with additional pull-out single bed (for alternative sleeping only). Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Shower room with toilet.
