Set amidst one of the most breathtaking and scenic views within Perthshire’s Tay Valley, these secluded properties nestle in the hillside above the 19th-century Kinfauns Castle, ideally situated to offer rural tranquillity yet swift access to one of Scotland’s most appealing cities. These traditional stone-built B listed buildings stand in a row in a courtyard setting and nearby there are endless walking opportunities as well as touring, sightseeing and golf. Within easy walking distance are the criss-cross pathways of Corsiehill, Deuchny woods and Kinnoull Hill itself, which was donated to the people of Perth in 1924 by Lord Dewar, a name closely associated with the city’s whisky legacy. The land around Towerview Coach Houses included the historic Coronation Road which once carried Kings to and from nearby Scone Palace. Perth, 2 miles, is renowned for the quality of its restaurants, pubs, theatre, specialist shops, parklands, award-winning floral displays and scenic setting on the banks of the salmon river, the Tay. It is also just an hour’s drive to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Shops 2 miles.

Entrance hall with dining room. Kitchen with TV. Twin bedroom. Separate toilet. First floor: Living room with TV, DVD, arched window overlooking courtyard and views to Victoria Folly. Double bedroom. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet.
