This spacious holiday cottage, fitted and furnished to a very good standard, has been thoughtfully designed to keep many of the original features of the building. The cottage is set in a walled garden courtyard on a working livery farm, with chickens roaming freely and horses kept in the surrounding field. This is a romantic getaway or retreat. There is access across the fields to the Camel Trail, which follows the River Camel from Padstow to Bodmin Moor, for cyclists and walkers. The area is surrounded with forestry walks and cycle routes. The Bodmin Heritage Steam Railway also runs by the farm boundary and there is a station where you can board a short walk away. The local pub is also a short walk over the fields. Golf, horse riding and fishing are all available locally. Pendewey Farm is set down a quiet country lane, a short 5-minute drive from the centre of historic Bodmin, with its shops, pubs and supermarkets. The National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens, Bodmin Jail, Camel Valley Vineyard and Pencarrow House are all within 5 miles. The Eden Project is only a 20-minute drive. Tour the North Cornwall coast from Padstow, where you will find the famous Rick Stein seafood restaurant, to beautiful Boscastle and Port Isaac. Inland, explore the wild and rugged Bodmin Moor. On the south coast are the old fishing ports of Fowey, Looe and Polperro. Shop and restaurant 1½ miles, pub ½ mile.

All on ground floor: Living room with stone walls/dining room/kitchen. 1 double (5ft) bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
