Ideal for exploring North Cornwall Coast

This 18th-century listed farmhouse, furnished and fitted to a very good standard, is situated on a 450-acre mixed dairy farm and has the benefit of a spacious lawned garden. The owners retain the former servants’ quarters for their own use. The location is a perfect holiday base for exploring the spectacular North Cornwall coastline and Bodmin Moor - the sandy, surfing beach at Polzeath is 9 miles and the fishing village of Port Isaac 6 miles. Take a boat trip to Rock across the River Camel estuary, where there are watersports available, including surfing and water skiing. Discover the myths and magic of picturesque Tintagel where you can visit the ruins of King Arthur’s castle. The old fishing port of Padstow, with its maze of cobbled streets lead down to the harbour, is close by, as is the Camel Trail, which winds along the Camel estuary, perfect for walking or cycling. Woodland walks nearby. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 double, one with additional single, 1 twin with addtional single. Bathroom with toilet.
