The Farm House is in a tranquil setting, ideal for large family gatherings or friends who want to relax and enjoy good company in a perfect setting. A part of Trevothen Farm, The Farm House is one of three delightful holiday properties and is the main farmhouse set in wonderful spacious landscaped gardens with delightful patio areas, large lawn and a tranquil water feature with fish. This is a peaceful retreat with ample space to escape to a quiet corner of the garden to read and unwind, gather around the large dining table for an evening meal or special occasion. Spend a cosy evening in front of the large woodburner or spend a happy hour or two in the well-equipped detached games room with a pool table, darts and cosy woodburner. The living room has a mezzanine gallery and feature stained glass window, and the ground floor twin bedroom leads out to the garden, patio and barbecue area. With exposed feature stone wall and solid oak wood floors, excellent dining facilities both indoors and outdoors, the house provides comfortable accommodation for eight guests. The cluster of three properties (refs: W43758, W43759 & W43760) can be booked individually or collectively for extended family gatherings providing an excellent location and accommodation for up to 17 guests.


Perfectly located to explore Cornwall, the land of myths and legends, famous for its beautiful coastline. Explore the Lizard peninsula from its idyllic colourful fishing villages, stunning beaches and coves, to its quiet estuaries and creeks of nearby unspoilt Helford River. This area provides visitors with beautiful coastal wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Coverack has a pretty sandy beach and picturesque harbour, popular with wind surfers, small tea rooms, a local pub and shop. This area is very popular with families. Visit the square at nearby St Keverne and of course The Lizard, the most southerly point of mainland Britain. The Lizard Lighthouse Heritage centre offers something for the whole family. The historic port of Porthleven is just a short drive, soak up the atmosphere around the harbour and experience al fresco dining at its best, Porthleven is becoming an excellent foodie location with many establishments boasting top chefs. Discover the great local art, small individual shops and regular markets. It is so easy to reach both the tranquil sailing waters of the south coast, including the busy port of Falmouth or find a secluded small beach-cove to relax and enjoy the crystal clear waters. The area is popular with walkers with easy access to the South West Coastal Path. Wildlife, stunning scenery, fishing and water sports including kayaking, snorkelling, scuba diving and surfing can all be found locally. Take a trip to the historic town of Helston, famous for its Flora Day in May, home of the floral dance, or visit the seal sanctuary at nearby Gweek.
