At the heart of the conservation village of Norbury, famous for its ancient yew tree, the adjoining holiday cottage offers a relaxed atmosphere with wood-burning stove, south-facing terrace and garden. It is perfect for those seeking to explore the area on foot, bicycle or by car. Horse riding can also be found locally. South Shropshire and the Marches have myths and legends as well as delightful market towns, castles and villages. The Long Mynd, Shropshire Way and Stiperstones are accessed from front door and Offa’s Dyke is just over the hill. If guests can drag themselves away in the evening, the Coach House restaurant lies in the village, whilst pubs offering local beer and home cooked food are a mile or so away.
