Situated near the glistening shores of the Cleddau River Estuary, this well presented, detached holiday home lies peacefully in a small cul-de-sac location and offers a perfect base to explore the beautiful coastline and historic sites of Pembrokeshire. Conveniently located close to a fantastic sailing marina with its very own seafood restaurant, Newton Cottage is deceptively spacious throughout featuring a large, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area overlooking the enclosed garden and 3 tasteful bedrooms with the master room boasting an en-suite bathroom. Outside, guests can relax on the raised terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining or simply unwinding after a busy day’s adventure! The area itself has lots to offer including fantastic walks along Pembrokeshire’s iconic coastal path, perfect for discovering the golden beaches of Broadhaven and Barafundle Bay, and the picturesque harbour resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, featuring a selection of art galleries, unique shops, traditional Welsh pubs and thrilling leisure attractions including Oakwood, Bluestone and Folly Farm. Away from the coast, the rolling countryside is just as promising, where visitors can explore the rugged terrain of the nearby Preseli Hills, scattered with spectacular walks and iron age settlements, or visit the numerous market towns dotted around the county including Haverfordwest, Narberth and Pembroke. Less than a 30-minute drive to the north of the county is Britain’s smallest city of St David’s. The charming, historic resort is famous for its magnificent 12th-century cathedral and medieval ruins of Bishop’s Palace. A visit to the resort is not complete without a sea trip safari to the off-shore island of Ramsey, cruising close to rare seabirds, grey seals and the occasional bottlenose dolphin! Beach 1 mile. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
