This charming, semi-detached cottage is full of character, and is an ideal holiday property for any time of year. It is located in the coastal village of Happisburgh, well known for its lighthouse which is a prominent landmark, just a short drive from the Norfolk Broads. Visit the colony of grey seals at Horsey Gap beach, or hire a boat from Stalham and explore the beauty of the Broads with its wonderful wildlife. Hickling Broad is close by, which is one of the largest expanses of water in East Anglia, here you can go windsurfing or sailing. For children, there is Bewilderwood at Horning, an outdoor adventure park packed with fun. The 32-acre gardens at East Ruston Old Vicarage are well worth a visit. Walking, bird watching, cycling, sailing, golf, windsurfing and fishing are available locally. Alternatively, visit the city of Norwich with its cathedrals, theatres, museums, array of shops and cafés. Shop and restaurant 1½ miles, pub 2¾ miles.
