Ideal for a relaxing break, this carefully converted former cart shed offers cosy and comfortable accommodation within a short drive of a wealth of attractions. Enjoying private use of its own patio, it sits in the grounds of the owners’ home in the pretty village of Swanton Morley, just 100 yards from the excellent local shops and an inn serving food and only 3 miles from the market town of Dereham. River bank fishing can be enjoyed 2 miles away, there are some lovely walks locally and the quiet country lanes are a delight for cyclists. Quaint shops and good restaurants in the charming Georgian town of Holt, spectacular sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, and Cromer for the famous crab sandwiches and end of pier show, are all within easy reach as are the lovely reed lined waterways of the Norfolk Broads, RSPB and nature reserves, and medieval Norwich with its castle and cathedral.
