Set in the Waveney Valley, just 50 yards from the river in the market town of Beccles at the southern tip of the Broads, this charming, end-terraced, holiday property offers a very good standard of accommodation for a family or a getaway break, whatever the season. Situated close to the river and waterborne activities, interesting shops, restaurants and inns. It is ideally situated to explore the many attractions in the area. The seaside town of Lowestoft with its glorious beach, 10 miles, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, which the children will love, Great Yarmouth for family fun, Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, famous for its brewery, beach huts and pier. Go birdwatching at RSPB Minsmere or enjoy walking and cycling at Dunwich Heath. The medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, fine shops and restaurants is worth a visit, and only a short drive away, or leave the car and hop on the train from the station, which is a short walk away.
