Doves Barn is a spacious barn conversion set in the owners’ 2 acres of grounds and provides well-furnished accommodation with delightful views over open countryside. There is a 6 person hot tub for guests to enjoy, as well as 2 acres of grounds and a spacious courtyard. The holiday barn has a wealth of exposed beams, a vaulted ceiling in the living room and there is a warm welcome all year round with a woodburner in the large inglenook fireplace. It is an ideal location for family celebrations or a get together with friends, with Needham Market ¾ mile away. The property provides an excellent base for walking, cycling or birdwatching but is also conveniently situated to explore Suffolk. Nearby Stowmarket is home to the Museum of East Anglian Life and has a range of shops, restaurants, a leisure centre and direct train links to London and London Liverpool Street. Bury St Edmunds with its cathedral, abbey grounds, Georgian theatre and the towns of Ipswich, Norwich and Colchester are all within easy reach, as are Long Melford, Lavenham and Kersey. Enjoy the unspoilt delights of the Suffolk Heritage Coast including Aldeburgh, Dunwich, Walberswick, Southwold and the ancient burial ground at Sutton Hoo (NT). Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
