The outside of this semi-detached, Edwardian seafront property, adjacent to the owner’s home, gives no clue to the fantastic interior. With sea views from the entire front facing rooms, the house has been beautifully restored and furnished throughout, from the drawing room through to the contemporary living room with a state-of-the-art TV. The bedrooms are sumptuously furnished with good use of rich colours and the bathrooms are simply stunning. There are several places to eat and drink just a short stroll away in Rhos-on-Sea, whilst the sandy beach is just over the promenade. The bustling resort of Llandudno is just a few minutes’ drive away, offering a wide range of shops and entertainment at Venue Cymru theatre. It is also home to the Great Orme’s Head, accessible by street tramway, cable car – or on foot. Historic Conwy with its famous Edward I castle and town walls is well worth a visit, which, in contrast, also features the smallest house in the UK. Fresh fish is landed on the quay daily. A little further afield is the Conwy Valley and Betws-y-Coed, which offers delightful walks in the Gwydyr Forest. Beach 40 yards. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 150 yards.
