A stunning natural stone and turf roofed single-storey detached cottage built into the hillside reflecting an ancient neolithic design with breathtaking beach views, and with access to a family friendly beach less than 110 yards from the door. In a very secluded and magical location, Beach Bay Cottage and the surrounding area is a paradise for artists, photographers and bird-watchers. There are many outdoor activities nearby, such as hill walking, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, golf, wildlife watching, boat trips (including to the World Heritage Site of St Kilda), diving, sea kayaking and cycling. The landscape and history of the Outer Hebrides, together with the hospitality of its people, provide a wonderful escape from the pressures of modern life and offer an active or relaxing family holiday or the perfect romantic retreat. The holiday property benefits from a 2-person sauna as well as having a Jacuzzi bath in the en-suite of the twin bedroom. There is a restaurant and whisky distillery within 550 yards and the local community shop is only 3 miles away. Restaurant 300 yards.

Living/dining room with 180-degree bay window looking directly onto beach, multi-fuel stove and patio doors to stone patio, open plan with well-equipped kitchen with slate floor. Two-person sauna. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, TV and en-suite shower room with twin basins and toilet. Twin bedroom with TV and zip and link beds (can be 6ft double) with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet (access also from hall).
